Hospitals challenged by denials and patient payment

Dr. Nuria Ruiz Hombrebueno says Madrid's Regional Government has created a Ministry for Digitalization and a Directorate General for Digital Health to drive interoperability, AI, data and remote monitoring initiatives across the region.

Julie Richard of France's Ministry of Health says France already has processes in place for the use of data from its national health database in research, creating a strong foundation for pan-European health data sharing.
